Intern Minister Ali Bell-Delgado is a Black, Genderqueer candidate for Unitarian Universalist ministry. Xe is the Ministerial Intern at Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair in Montclair, NJ. and the Senior Learning Fellow at the Church of the Larger Fellowship. Ali is a seminarian at Meadville Lombard Theological School in the Master of Divinity program. Xe found Unitarian Universalism in xer teens and has been a Unitarian Universalist for over twenty years.

Ali answered xer call to ministry after an extensive career in Social Work. Xe earned xer Master of Social Work and devoted xer social work career to working with diversely in-need populations. Xe excelled in program and facility management and grant writing and management. Xe also has enjoyed extensive success in community outreach and the development of community relationships and assets for the benefit of programs and clients in xer care.

Xer foundational tenet of faith is xer belief that we are covenanted to be connected for the betterment of us all.
